The folding process is very important for a brochure. A creasing line has to be pressed on paper/card before folding it to avoid damage. The creasing is recommended to be done on a thicker paper sheet (>100gsm) as the effect of creasing line will be more prominent to ensure smooth folding afterwards. Thicker paper or card materials are always a better choice for brochure purpose such as art card and art paper.
